1. General
Welcome to T-shirtkingen.se! By using this website and making purchases, you agree to our terms of service. These terms constitute the agreement between you and tshirtkingen.se, and we ask you to read them carefully.
T-shirtkingen.se takes no responsibility for the use or potential consequences of our products.
Guidelines for personalized products
Your product will look exactly as you design it in the editor. In case of obvious careless errors, such as a crooked or cropped image, we will fix it for you to ensure you receive the best possible product.
We never print nude content, offensive content (religious, political, jokes about ethnicity).
We also do not print images of celebrities, other brands, or logos.
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the image you print is morally acceptable, even though we make the final decision.
If your print does not fall within the acceptable guidelines, we will notify you and either refund you or give you the option to submit a new image.
T-shirtkingen.se strives for humor, personal gifts & quality printed products.

2. Orders
- When you place an order on tshirtkingen.se, an agreement is made between you and Tshirtkingen.se.
- To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock or due to technical errors.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the customer's specifications or that are otherwise clearly personalized, i.e., all products marked with "own image" or "personalized product".
For products where the right of withdrawal still applies, the customer must actively notify the seller of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt and return the item according to instructions.
Failure to collect a package or allowing it to be returned without prior notification of withdrawal does not constitute a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal. Packages not collected in time will be charged a fee of SEK 400 to cover loss of product, administration, and shipping.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including VAT.
- We accept payment via card, Klarna, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
- Tshirtkingen reserves the right to correct any pricing errors retrospectively.
5. Delivery and shipping
- We offer delivery within Sweden.
- Delivery time is normally 3-6 business days but may vary depending on conditions and can be extended during periods of high demand.
- We always offer free shipping.
- Tshirtkingen is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., transport companies or suppliers).
6. Returns and complaints
Right of withdrawal
- According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The product must be in original condition and unused for the right of withdrawal to apply. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Complaints
- If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days.
- We cover return shipping for approved complaints and will replace with a new item or provide a refund.

7. Limitation of liability
Tshirtkingen is not responsible for:
- Indirect damages or financial losses arising from the use of our website.
- Delays or problems beyond our control, such as natural disasters or delivery issues with third parties.

- Your privacy is important to us. We handle your personal data in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

9. Intellectual property rights
- All images, texts, and designs on tshirtkingen.se are protected by copyright law.
- It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or use our material without written permission.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution
- These terms of service are governed by Swedish law.
- Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue between the parties.

How long is the delivery time?
We print all products to order in Sweden.
Typically, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered to you within 3-6 business days.
Please note that this may be extended during periods of high pressure.
How is the quality?
We use soft, durable premium T-shirts with modern DTG prints that last wash after wash.
How do I find the right size?
Check our size guide under each product. There you will find exact measurements for length, width and chest width.
Can I return?
Yes! You can return unused products within 14 days, unless it is a personalized print.
Specially ordered products with custom text cannot be returned.
Can I cancel an order?
We try to help, but because we are printing quickly, sometimes we cannot stop production.

What payment options do you offer?
You can pay with Klarna, card, Apple pay, Google pay.
