1. General

Welcome to Tshirtkingen.se! These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer, place an order via our website. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. A purchase agreement is entered into when you have received the order confirmation via email. We reserve the right for items to be sold out, as well as any image and typographical errors on the website (e.g., errors in product descriptions or prices).

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including VAT. We offer secure payment through our partners (e.g., Card payment, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal). No extra fees will be added to the purchase itself beyond what is shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We do not stock items but print your goods uniquely once your order is placed.

• Delivery time: Normally 3–6 business days. During peak seasons or for unusual colors and sizes, delivery time may be slightly extended.

• Shipping: We offer free shipping within Sweden.

• Transport Responsibility: If the goods are damaged or lost during transport to you, we are responsible.

Unclaimed packages Your package will remain at the pick-up point for 7–14 days (depending on the shipping company). If you do not collect the package, it will be returned to our production facility.

• For personalized products (Own image/text): As the right of withdrawal does not apply to these goods, no refund will be issued if you fail to collect the package.

• For standard products (Our pre-designed motifs): For packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 400 (never more than the order value) to cover costs for production, return shipping, and administration. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If the value of the item is less than SEK 400, no refund will be issued. The reason for this amount is that for unclaimed packages, the item is returned to production and cannot be resold, as it was printed specifically for you.

5. Right of Withdrawal

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). What applies to your specific order depends on the type of product you purchased:

A) For "Standard products" (Our pre-designed motifs) If you have purchased a product with one of our pre-designed motifs (without your own text/image), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the item.

• You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping.

• The item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition.

• Once we have received the return, we will refund the price of the item (excluding return shipping).

B) For "Personalized products" (Own image/text) For products manufactured according to your specific wishes, for example, if you have uploaded your own photo or chosen your own text, no right of withdrawal applies. This is regulated in Chapter 2, Section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act (exception for goods with a clear personal character).

6. How to make a return

Do you want to exercise your right of withdrawal for a standard product?

1. Contact us at info@tshirtkingen.se within 14 days of delivery.

2. You will receive instructions on where to send the package.

3. You book and pay for traceable shipping for the return.

4. Save the receipt for the shipment until we have confirmed that the return has been received.

Tip: Always check our size guide carefully before purchasing to avoid unnecessary return costs.

7. Complaints (Defective item)

Do you notice that the item is broken, has the wrong print, or is incorrect when you open the package? Then you should make a complaint (this applies to all products, even personalized ones).

1. Email us at info@tshirtkingen.se as soon as possible after discovering the defect.

2. Attach a clear photo of the damage/defect and your order number.

3. We will assess the matter, and upon approved complaint, we will send a new item free of charge. You usually do not need to return the defective item.

According to the Consumer Sales Act, you have a 3-year right to complain, but the defect must be reported within a reasonable time (2 months is always considered a reasonable time).

8. Personal Data (GDPR)

We care about your privacy. We only store the information required to deliver your order and provide you with customer service (Name, Address, Email, Phone). We never share your information with third parties for advertising purposes. Your information is only shared with our partners for payment and delivery (e.g., Klarna and shipping companies) to complete the purchase.

9. Disputes

We always strive to resolve any issues directly with you as a customer. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
